TELEHEALTH

All service through Evergreen Counseling Center are offered by telehealth consultation.  The videoconferencing platform is completed through the HIPPA compliant client portal through Therapy Notes.  This platform will not be the same as a direct client/health care provider visit due to the fact that the client will not be in the same room as the therapist.  This platform of telehealth consultation has potential benefits including easier access to care and the convenience of meeting from a location of your choosing.  As with any technology usage there are potential risks including interruptions, unauthorized access, and technical difficulties. The therapist or client can discontinue the telehealth consult/visit if it is felt that the videoconferencing connections are not adequate for the situation.  To maintain confidentiality, the telehealth appointment link should only be accessed through the client portal and not shared with anyone unauthorized to attend the appointment.

This telehealth service is NOT an Emergency Service and in the event of an emergency, please use a phone to call 911.
